I'm sharing my workout regime, which I've been successfully doing (on and off) but it seems to be working out pretty well for the past 6 months.

5 Days a week, starting with 2-4 minutes stretching & 5-8 minutes of Treadmill.
Day 1 Chest & Triceps
-Wide Push Ups : 3 sets * 12
-Dumbbell Bench Press : 3 sets * 12
-Triceps Extension : 3 sets * 12
- Triceps push down : 3 sets * 12
Day 2 Back & Biceps
- Wide Grip Lat Pull down : 3 sets * 12
- One arm dumbbell row : 3 sets * 12
- Seated cable row : 3 sets * 12
-Underhand Cable pulldown : 3 sets * 12
Day 3 Legs & Calves- Leg Press : 3 sets * 12
- Leg Extensions : 3 sets * 12
- Squats : 3 sets * 12
- Seated Leg Curl : 3 sets * 12
- Standing calf raises : 3 sets * 12

Day 4 Shoulders
-Seated dumbbell press
-Standing dumbbell straight
-Side lateral raise
Day 5 Abs
-Exercise ball crunches
-Normal crunches
-Air Bicycle
